Got an early christmas gift today

My Beautiful wife gave me an early christmas gift today. For the last few weeks I have been researching and looking at various ereaders. Thinking that maybe after the holidays i might be able to swing getting one. Well the wife came home from work and with a huge smile on her face presented me with a package. I opened it to find the new kindle 3G ereader and a $25 gift card for some books. Now I had decided to get the kindle reader but due to cost was just going to get the basic wifi one. She went first class AND got me the lighted book cover as well. Have I ever told you all how much I Love that Lady??? Just goes to prove again that I'm the luckiest guy in the world.

Well, good for you. Don't forget that Amazon has a bunch of free books as well. Also, there is an app called Mobipocket Creator that lets you convert Word and .pdf documents to Kindle format so you can carry your survival documents right on the Kindle if you choose. My wife has one and she loves it.

The kindle app. is also available for the "smart phones" as well. However the kindle price is getting better. They have the wifi ( basic) kindle at wally world here on sale for christmas for $139.
