one of my favorite lines from wyatt earp, but very much true to my life.
I went for a long horse ride this afternoon, it was very hot and it reminded me of back home riding thru the desert, i don't know maybe it was the weekend, had two different incedences one, extrcating someone in a bad accident friday night and then packaging up another yesterday with severe head tauma and internal bleeding from a motorcross acident for life flight, but anyhow it got me deep into my head.
I know i come off wrongly at times, as i have been told many times, it is who i am , don't mean anything by it, i just live hard and train hard and probably not as paitent as i should be, not that i expect to change any of this as i am just an old stubborn cowboy, but just wanted to say not to take it personally for it is not meant to be that way, funny how my patient skills are so good in extreme situations where i can be so calm, yet other times my people skills are not the best.

WE...A best friend can tell us things we don’t want to tell ourselves. People who live in denial usually don't have a best friend, IMO.

WE Funny that you chose Wyatt and Doc. I was born in a city where Doc Spent some of his youth.... Valdosta Ga. Everyone there Knew of the ties to Doc of legendary Fame. Many times I have felt the same .... Not Many friends at all, Funny thing is though, you and I kinda' see eye to eye, Except for one misunderstanding when I first joined the Forum, I have considered you a friend ever since.... as I do many of the people here. Doc, in some ways is an "Idol" of mine, And this scene from Tombstone...one of the last kinda' sums it up on where I stand with friends...... You will appreciate this I'm sure.
