I stopped recreational swimming long ago. No matter where you swim nowadays you have to shower afterwards.

But....you do have webbed feet. Take your shoes off and look down. If that won't work then take your shoes off and look at a mirror. (not being mean but geese have their feet a little farther back that us humans)
