    Red face Fell off the wagon this morning....

    No seriously,I really did,I was pitching bales of straw off the wagon,when I stepped on a corner bale (stupid)to throw another bale off,when the bale I was standing on rolled off and took me with it,bruised my hip,cut my right right knee a little and bruised my left ankle.

    Oh,and bruised my pride a little too,LOL

    Who manufactured the wagon? Who baled the straw? Who grew the straw? What brand of shoes were you wearing? Where did you buy your shoes?

    I'm sure there are several parties who are liable for your injuries. Let's get 'em, Nell!

    Wow, thought I was the only one who fell off the back of trucks. Did so last week, prior to this little fall I was debating on weather to purchase slip on steel toes or a pair of 8" lace ups. I chose the lace ups.

    Luckily, or when I fell off the back of the truck I would have broken my ankle.

    I'm getting to old to fall off trucks.

    Have a care there Nell. As a person with several falls behind him , I would advise do not do it again (just a thought )

    Hope you heal up quickly

    Thanks Guys.

    @FVR I seem to have my moments when it comes to hurting myself,think I scared the little Amish (7,8,&9 who saw us unloading and beat feet over to help )neighbors more than I got hurt.

    @sourdough,no,no deer this time,LOL and *GIGGLES*

    @Ken,not sure on the manufacturer,my neighbor,my neighbor,Rics, Orscheln,in order that you asked,LOL.

    The ankle and hip seem to be the only painful injuries this morning,the knee is fine,may have to load up a truck load of fire wood and take it to the massage therapist and let her work some of the soreness out,(I love bartering!)

    Taking any meds? Then Ken would really have a blast.
    Glad you're OK. It could have been a LOT worse. Hopefully there were not too many people watching.

    Nope,no meds,I am not much for those things,only 5 watching that I know of. Considering I fell on a gravel drive,really surprised I didn't get more scrapes and bruises than I did.

    That's almost how I went down,you forgot a thump or two as I hit the wagon (hip and back) I fell from,and smacked the ankle on on the trailer I was pitching to,the knee got the gravel.....
