Philli has just hiked property taxes 10% and added a $300 garbage pickup fee.

They absolutely can not grasp the concept of spending cuts.

Heaven forbid they should lay off the four men standing and watching the one man with a shovel.

Tax defaults don't go into government hands. They get auctioned to private investers and businesses.

We're lucky in that regard, the state has lowered property taxes here.
