Hmmmmmm..........? Good question here. I hope that everything would eventually get better. Hopefully better than it is now. BUT if it is a teotwawki/shtf situation where most/all vestiges of government and such have crumbled or ceased to function, then IMO some form of anarchy may well reign. Groups of punks and lawless gangs will roam even more than now. BUT with less fear than now because there won't be any "organized" law to stop them. There hopefully will be groups of people like us here that will work together to set up areas of safety. I don't know maybe I've read to many post apocolipse books or something.
So I don't know how to answer...............
