Sorry to see you go hybrid.
This site is everything you described and so much more.
It can be as illuminating, provocative or irritating as you let it and you always have the option to engage on a level that suits you best.

I welcome difference of opinion and would have definitely enjoyed yours along the way.

I would also like to add ---- if you would like to see more informational posts then start one and share your knowledge. If it's information you are seeking, start a thread and ask your questions. I'll venture that there aren't too many topics that haven't been covered. Talking about them again is cool.

Well, I hate to see him go. He's posted some good stuff. I'm not sure what knotted his knickers but everyone has to do what they think is best. If you are lurking, you can put anyone or a bunch on ignore so you don't even have to see their posts. But, frankly, the way you left is sort of the same stuff you were complaining about. Good luck to you.

Aparently some believe that my JOKING caution to Ken about picking on Sarge was what put him over the edge. If that's the case - it was a JOKE! Sheesh! Honestly I still don't understand the other comments about Rangers, beards, knives, paramilitary ......

He posted some thinly veiled insults in the neck knife thread and the concealed carry thread. Apparently, if someone has a differing view of life then they must be a tad weird. So be it. If he doesn't like our American English why on earth would he join an American based forum?

I dont know about you folks but without reviewing information I tend to forget tips and tricks. Use it or loose it.

Oh, that was a JOKE? Then I guess I'll be staying here. No hard feelings!

Can't we all just get along? It's all fun and games until someone gets their feelers hurt. Geez some people are just so mean.

What does it say when these types of threads are more popular than more survival oriented ones?
