Default enough of this tormenting the man

..the man with the ban button that is. If I may remind those of you old enough to recall, or elucidate for those younger, the words of Mr. Bobby Bare:

"I have appointed me the captain of my destiny
And proclaimed myself the pilot of my soul
But my mind remains uneasy cause the rest of me
Depends on someone I don't even know
May the man who has his finger on the button have a lovely day today
Hope nothing hangs him up or ticks him off or bums him out in any way
Lord help him keep his cool cause he could pull the final curtain on my play
May the man who has his finger on the button have a lovely day today"
some fella confronted me the other day and asked "What's your problem?" So I told him, "I don't have a problem I am a problem"

Give a guy a button and he gets a god complex.
    1. If it's in your kit and you don't know how to use it....It's useless.
    2. If you can't reach your kit when you need it....Its useless.

Give a buy a ban button and he bans for a day. Teach him to ban and he...come to think of it, it's pretty much the same either way.

    Cool Well now...

...I may have been a bit hasty, it's not everyday we get a survival expert who can teach us how to build a nice shelter in the middle of an Auto Salvage yard: "Hey hon, hand me that differential from that old Chevy, would ya? Yeah, I can use that for one of the wall supports for the bathroom!"

However he really was an expert on survival, I know cuz he posted it in his screen name! Why would he do that if he really wasn't?

Dang, I missed the whole thing. Can't we at least have a locked thread to laugh at?

I wasn't be prissy, mister know it all. I was just questioning why an everyday fist fight had garnered so much attention.

Coot's signature says it all. In this case, the old man COULD fight. How fortunate for the wannabe.

How about a caged Moderator like say "Rick" with the ban button just out of his reach on one side of the cage and a fresh Twinkie just out of reach on the other side.

How about a wilderness guide, say Klkak, with an ATV on his ankle and the sat phone just out of reach?

You can stop by Juneau for a drink and fill up your truck on your way up there.

Do you know the way to Juneau?
I've been away so long. I may go wrong I just don't know.
Do you know the way to Juneau?
I'm going back to find some peace of mind in Juneau.

AK is a great big freeway.
Put a hundred down and buy a car.
In a week, maybe two, they'll make you a star
Weeks turn into years. How quick they pass
And all the stars that never were
Are parking cars and pumping gas

Do you know the way to Juneau?
They've got a lot of space. There'll be a place where I can stay
I was born and raised in Juneau
I'm going back to find some peace of mind in Juneau.
