    Default What Is This?

    So I Went Out Hiking Today, And It Was Warm Enough Snow Was Melting. And I Noticed This..... Stuff At The Edge Of The Snow On The Ground, Or In Small Pools... Its Flat Black, And Smaller Than Sand, But It Was Alive, And Moving. Looked Like Moving Mini Grains Of Sand. Anyone Have Any Idea What It Is?

    I cant tell from the picture but they could be snow fleas.

    I have no idea but if they are snow fleas you're very lucky there were no camels around. Your armpits would have been in big trouble.
