I try and do a couple of miles each day but I sure can't see any reason I'd want to do 30 miles. You'd be hard pressed to convince me I need to do 15. I want to enjoy the wilderness not go through it like Speedy Gonzales or the Roadrunner.

Cry like a little girl, why? Is this a running race or a back country race?

If it's running, ya run what ya run. My days of a 6 min. mile are way behind me, for now.LOL.......

If it's a back country race, depends................I did get lost ah, turned around in the Panama jungle once. Once.

Your site looks nice, I see a few familiar spots. You must live off the Patapsco maybe? I lived in the Inner Harbor for years before moving down to Ga. Use to work at a copper refinery across from Beth. Steel.

So ya gonna make Rick cry, hmmmm.

It won't take much to make me cry like a girl. Just pin my tongue to my cheek.

I'm starting my power hiking regiment

Walked to Butte Mt the other day from here (25 mls)

I do this all the time, shortly, will be doing 14 mile stints with a 45 lb weight vest and keep it in 15 minute mile average...

Endurance is where it's at, not in the spurt runs...

This way during the fire seson, I can run the kids's butts right intot he dirt by the end of the day...
