The White House certainly has the gift of understatement down.

"We believe this was an attempted act of terrorism," a White House official said.

Obama instructed that all appropriate measures be taken to increase security for air travel.

Hot dang! I feel better all ready. Hello, Delta? Yeah, I'd like to cancel a flight.

I've seen plenty of war flicks and I know if an airplane engine catches on fire you have to place the plane in a dive in an effort to blow out the flames. I'm pretty certain if they had just hung that old boy out the window and put that plane in a dive the flames would have eventually been blown out.

    Well.....there were two good points.
    1. He didn't blow anything up.
    2. It sounds like the other passengers jumped his arse, and beat the hell out of him! LOL

I'm starting to think that an angry mob is the way to go, on a lot of things!

I'm suprised he's still around. They mustn't have had their pitchforks - TSA screening took em away --- missed the explosives.

Oddly enough, it's perfectly legal to kill someone attempting to highjack a plane in Indiana. It doesn't matter if it's on the ground or airborne. It actually falls under the castle law. Now all I have to do is figure out how to get the gun on the plane.
