[ ] General: Visual Walk-Around Inspection
Roof and Gutters
[ ] General: Evaluate Roof Condition Regarding Future Replacement
[ ] General: Inspect to Ensure Water Drains Properly and Doesn’t Pool on Roof or Ground Surface
[ ] Shingles: Inspect for Loose, Damaged, Blistered, or Missing Shingles or Open Seams.
[ ] Underside of Roof: Inspect Where Accessible (or in Attic) for Water Stains or Dampness
[ ] Flashings: Inspect Flashings around Chimneys, Skylights, Plumbing Stacks, etc.
[ ] Chimney Mortar: Inspect Chimney for Loose, Deteriorated or Missing Mortar
[ ] Vents, Louvers and Chimney, and Caps: Inspect for broken screens, damage, bird or insect nests.
[ ] Gutters, Downspouts Hangers, and Strainers: Inspect, clean, flush, secure, and repair as needed
[ ] Gutters and Support Brackets: Inspect to ensure water is not coming down behind gutters.
[ ] Fascias and Soffits: Inspect for deterioration and damage
[ ] Antennas and Cables: Inspect 2-way Antennas, Satellite Dish, Cables, and Supports
[ ] Roof Debris: Remove or Sweep Away any Debris on Roof.
[ ] Encroaching Growth: Trim Back all Tree Limbs and Vegetation Away from Home..
Exterior Walls and Surfaces
[ ] Masonry: Inspect Masonry for Damage, Cracks and Loose Joints.
[ ] Mortar: Inspect for Missing, Loose or Deteriorated Mortar and Patch as Required.
[ ] Fascia and Soffit Boards: Inspect for Water Penetration or Decay.
[ ] Wood Surfaces: Inspect all Wood Surfaces for Paint Failure and Damage.
[ ] Siding and Trim: Inspect Siding and Trim for Fitness, Damage, Mold, Moss and Decay.
[ ] Siding and Trim Joints: Inspect and Re-Caulk all Joints in Siding and Trim as Needed.
[ ] Flashings: Inspect Flashings around all Surface Projections and Sidewalls.
[ ] Window Wells and Cellar Ways: Inspect Window Wells and Cellar Ways for Debris.
[ ] Bulkhead: Inspect Bulkhead Stairs, Locks, and Integrity.
[ ] Trees, Shrubbery, and Vegetation: Inspect and Trim Away from Siding and/or Brick.
[ ] Insects: Inspect for Termites, Carpenter Ants Bees Nests, etc..
[ ] Decks and Patios: Inspect for Loose Boards, Nails, Stones or Debris.
[ ] Exterior Surfaces: Inspect and Pressure-Wash if Required.
Foundation and Basement – Exterior
[ ] Insects: Inspect for signs of termite and insect infestation
[ ] Drainage: Inspect Grading and Slope to Assure that Water Will Drain Away From Foundation
[ ] Concrete and Masonry: Inspect Foundation Walls, Concrete, and Masonry for Cracking or Deterioration
[ ] Vents: Inspect Foundation and Dryer Vents for Damage and Air Flow.
Electrical and Wired Systems – Interior – All Levels
[ ] Generator System: Inspect and Test
Water Supply
[ ] Water Softener: Inspect System and Replenish Salt if Necessary.
Plumbing – Interior
[ ] Sink and Tub Stoppers: Clean Drain Holes and Inspect Seals
[ ] Garbage Disposal: Flush with Hot Water and Baking Soda.
[ ] Faucets and Shower Heads: Clean Heads, Aerators, etc.
Heating and Cooling
[ ] Oil Furnace: Annual Cleaning and Service.
[ ] Oil Furnace: Inspect for leaks; Inspect Eye Glass, Inspect Air Intake and Exhaust
[ ] VAC: Clean or Change Air Filters
Chimney and Fireplace (Clean Fireplace When Cold After Each Use)
[ ] Annual: Inspect and Clean Chimney. Professional Service

[ ] Landscape: Cut Back and Trim all Vegetation and Overgrown Bushes from Structures.
[ ] Window Wells and Storm Drains: Clean and Remove Debris
[ ] Clean Up: Clear Away Dead Foliage and Weeds from Beds and Lawns.
[ ] Sprinkler System: Inspect Lawn Irrigation for Programming, Leaky Valves and Heads and Exposed Lines.
