    Default Firearm Storage

I will add a poll to this one..Do you keep your guns locked away in a vault or are they kept out and available. Remember the ole' four or five slot wall rack with a drawer?

    I don't think I'll respond on this one. I don't need anyone knowing how I store my weapons...if I had any....which I don't.....or ammo....if I had any of that.....which I don't.

That is why we have an anonymous poll.....nevermind.

Sir, I had them locked up with accordance to local law, but they all have been stolen.

I asked a bunch of people that I know, a while back. Almost all of them now have their guns in safes.

I miss the days of nice gun cabinets, with glass in the doors, so that you could admire the guns.

If I had not lost all my guns in a tragic canoeing accident, I would have answered "Both".

All are stored in one of the gun safes except for the one that is either on my person, or on my nightstand.....that is of course, if I had any.

If I owned any guns I would check both boxes. Some of the guns would locked away in a gun vault while others placed strategically around the house and in the truck. All of them would be loaded and ready to be used.

    1. If it's in your kit and you don't know how to use it....It's useless.
    2. If you can't reach your kit when you need it....Its useless.

And since you DIDN'T check any boxes, that means that you DON'T own any guns, and that must mean.............

Ok, how long will it take for you to HONESTLY get a gun in to play from sitting watching TV or sleeping in your bed?

When it comes to getting a gun into play. I feel the need, the need for speed...

Don't you remember the old adage - "You never need a gun until you need one badly"? If I owned any weapons where do you think they would be?

If I had any they would probably be loaded and available, at least some and the others would be in a safe. Sure wish I had some, folks in the hills NEVER use them anymore.

    Reminds me of Pete Seeger:

I keep my guns out and hanging from shoulders.

Oh wait, are we talking firearms?
