`not to offend any non hunters´ but for anyone who guts and butcher your own deer how do you perfom it and how do you use the rest of the deer and if anyone tan your own deer hide how do you go about it

Wildgoth,there are a couple of threads on butchering already if you do a quick search you should find what you need,one even includes a diagram of typical cuts.
