Hello and welcome to the asylum
If by what I have learned over the years, allow me to help one person to start to prepare. If all the mistakes I have made, let me give one person the wisdom that allows them to save their life or the life of a loved one in an emergency. Then I will truly know that all the work I have done will have been worth every minute.

So your an expert on all creatures poisonous. I'll stick to the cold Maine winters. Nothing here will bite and kill you...well, other than the women...

Camp10, you're talking about BMW right? The kind that are warmth in the winter, shade in the summer and if you get them tatooed, you've got moving pictures all year long!

So you've been through T.E.S.T., what about C.W.S.T.? Have you been through advanced evasion as well? Should I assume (hate doing that) that you've been through SERE

I have been through SERE. Its also the course i currently teach or will be teaching here in a month. The course the instructors go though (including myself) is basically SERE, but indepth and spread over six months with some other stuff like teaching techniques and rock climbing thrown in. all the survival info is taught to us in each environment so we can experience how it feel to survive in those environments. then we pass that experience on to the students coming through SERE. it give us more credibility when we teach to say we have actually done it.
