I found your forum while researching some info on my Tramontina Bolo.
(Pict, You are Da MAN)
I'm a mid century man. Too young to be old, but too old to be young.
I grew up in Indiana. I Served our country's Navy from both coasts, then settled back here in the great state of Michigan.
After grabbing all the training I could while enlisted I came out with a electro- mechanical degree. So, I are an Engineer (or so they call me) not really documented as one, but they keep wanting to call me one.
I spent all my youth in the woods down by the creek. Never played a team sport as a kid other than cross country running and swimming. My senior year of high school my school librarian gifted me with my own copy of the book "Wildwood Wisdom" because I had continually had her copy checked out for the whole four years I could.
I've rekindled my desire to play in the woods again in an effort to pass down my passion and skill to my two lovely grandkids.
I've been living a prepared lifestyle for so long you kind of think ya got it all figured out, yet it kind of surprises me at all that can still be learned
Strange, an internet forum revolving around simple skills and living in nature on my computer. I really do look forward to all that can be learned here, as well as what can be shared.
Thanks for putting this together.
