Custom knife?

So my ex bf had this knife that someone custom made for him and I really liked it. I wanted it but he refused to let me have it. I can try to explain it but I don't even know where it is to get a pic. He was killed last year and his sis has all his stuff and she wouldn't even know what I was talking about. I was wondering if someone might be interested in making one for me?

RC I only know of 3 knifemakers here... Pancho Crash and CowboySurvival. If not them then they may know where to point you based on your description.

I'd be happy to make one that you describe, but I'm just learning and they don't look too pretty.

Thank POCO. I will see if they are interested, if not, no big. I am going to try and contact his sis tomarrow to see if she won't send me a pic if she can find it. I may be over estimating her ability. errg!

I could give it a shot too. I'm still a beginer, but i would be more than happy to give it a shot. I would give it to you cheap to. Mostly because it would be fun for me to do, as i've run out of things to try. lol.

Don't let crash kid you! He had a couple of them at jamboree that were nice looking knives. plus a couple not so pretty ones I won one of the not so pretty ones. Matter of fact it's one of my ugliest ones BUT I WOULDN"T take anything for it!!!! It has denim handles Yep like the blue jeans. I've sharpened it a little more, Crash thats one fine blade!!!! I've used it to cut some tree limbs off up tp a couple inches through, used it to dig some sassafrass roots, cut down a couple of small trees about 6" through the center, used it to cut through the sassafrass roots and split a couple of larger roots. So far I haven't tried to do anything with it yet that it has failed to impress me with.

Crash I would MUCH rather have A "User" than a "Looker" any day! Now if a "Looker" happens to be a "user" as well that's cool too. Honestly the only thing I wanted to win was one of YOUR knives, not that I'm complaining, just sayin'.... I went to Jamboree HOPING to win one of your knives!!! There's only 3 knifemakers that I want one of their knives: You, Cowboysurvival, and Pancho. Yeah I've heard about Randall and all those others but I don't know them. I know you 3 and that's all I know. It would mean more to me.I don't care if I bought one of yours for $50 and one of theirs for $5000, theirs would go first if I ever had to sell it and not 'cause of the money either. Oh shut up Mel you are getting Sentimental over nothing.

Ok, she says she is trying to find it for me. Seems to me that the knife would be fairly simple to make, he started one for me before we split up and he never got a chance to finish it. That one was also started just for him and he was finishing it to give to me, I can use that as a model for you if she can't find the other one.

flander- If Crash decides he doesn't want to do it then we can probably work something out. What else do you do? I am sure that we could find something for you to do. LOL.
