Ok How about this it is still a little high,but 1/4 the price of the coat originally shown. and it has 25 pockets to store all your EDC stuff!!

I also like the Carhartt. And it is ideal for most weather. I have wore it in the snow a couple times and it was great. But never been in an ice storm or anything with it.
