Buck Rocks!
I mentioned sometime back that I had broken the tip off of my Buck Multi-tool & was going to send it in for repair or replacement. I called Buck a couple of days ago & found out that they have simply replaced it and are sending me a new one! This is the sign of a very reputable company. I now hold them in high regard. They're definitely a class act and a company worth considering when looking to buy a knife! I'll keep you posted when the new multi-tool gets here!

I think that that's like comparing apples to oranges; each has their place. I don't own a Leatherman, but rather a Victorinox Multi-tool. My wife does have a leatherman & compared to the Buck, both it & the Vic. have more tools. However the Buck is designed so that every tool, as well as the knife blade, can be opened with one hand. I like the blade as opposed to the others, but I also am not giving up my Vic. either!Originally Posted by welderguy

Got my replacement multi-tool from Buck today & they even threw in a new sheath! I didn't send the old one back, BTW. These folks are great! 5 stars! If you got any Buck blades that need looked at, send them back! As long as you haven't tried to regrind them yourself you might be surprised at what they do!
