My new carry .45

It comes standard with a 3 shot magazine but will accept full sized mags for max capacity. It only has about 1/4 inch of actual rifling. I have to work out a better carry load, standard 230 grain ball produces a nightmare muzzle flash and the rounds don't hit with enough force. It carried like a dream though and I like the fact that I finally have a 1911 .45 the size of a Seecamp.

Interesting... Why did you need something SO tiny to carry? I'd rather have a bit larger and know I can use full power loads, and hit my target, and not go blind

The flash from my 2 1/4 .357 is not exactly perfecto I can't imaginet hat lil thing!

Thing almost looks photoshopped.

Come on, that's a Springfiled Custom Shop .45! None of this mouse gun stuff for me anymore. It's so much more packable than my other 1911. OK I'll admit that 185 +P flying ashtrays don't penetrate and I no longer have eyebrows, but this is THE smallest full house 1911 .45 on the market. I opted for the single stack version. The little house shaped double stack mags were cute but I couldn't see all that bulk for one extra round, that's why I carry a reload. Mac

A) You washed it with the whites instead of the dark colors

Reminds me of a cigarette lighter I had once. Seems like something that small could get mixed up with all the stuff in the cargo pocket. "Let's see, where's my piece? On my key chain? No...."

I would imagine that would be a painful gun to fire more than a few times. My Charter Arms bulldog in .44 Special is bad enough, but that has about half the hand grip. I would think you would be better off with a derringer...

I don't smoke but this one does light cigarettes, anywhere near it, clothing too...

Are we getting to the point in handgun development where we are coming up against the limits of the human hand? I think we could actually make full sized autos that small and we certainly can make big bore revolvers as big as we want but there comes a point that we have left the human factor behind. Mac

The standard 7 rd mag would make it easier to hang on to for sure. That is a sweet little Springsteen but a handful of firepower with nothing to hold to really especially if you have big hands. Anyone ever check out the Taurus Judge little brother the new "Public Defender" in the same 45/410 format? You can be sure to neutralize the threat with it no matter the load you choose!

That thing is even smaller than my pet Kahr mk9. The recoil spring must be really short in that lil' sucker. That would have been the perfect back up piece back when I was on street patrol. Nice photoshop by the way. Cool.
