Jagjj, earlier you asked if we consider you properly educated for this idea. I am slightly concerned about that. Two words: Capital letters!!! Boy can't even write properly and is thinking on playing with his life... I am not native English speaker and still I consider my English and writing in general much better than yours. It is total pain reading such poorly composed text. Please make your teachers proud next time.

Even in Thailand many of the natives write English much better than the original poster of this discussion. By the age of 14 one should be able to write better than this. The educational system in America today is in a bad way. It is good to know how to build 47 shelters but in today's world it is more important most of the time to be able to communicate, especially if one hopes to get a good job.

Based on the plethera of posts made in one eveining I'd have to sumize that the latter portion of the title contains more accurate information than the former portion.

and i forgot to metion that i have FOUR cookbooks authored and SIGNED by emeril AND that emeril's ex-wife lived just two houses up the street from me so if that doesn't do it what does you know im just bound to be a great chef and i can even scramble eggs and make toast at the same time without burning the toast two bad but if it gets covered with butter - enuf butter - and someone else makes good bacon the brekfst is just poifect so im gonna be cooking in new england and when i open a restaurant next to jagjj's servivel skool you can all come and ill show you my henckels.

You know, if we didn't all know Ken to be the genteel and compassionate soul that he is, I'd almost suspect that right there was sarcasm. Good thing Ken's too nice of a guy for that.

That's true, Trax, very true. And I know that you're not one of those guys who would say just anything to get a free meal at my restaurant.
