Yep. Absolutely.
then you can try alot of things including Magnesium (if you have it) birch bark/twigs are great even after it has rained pine resin works, plus you can use oak leaves if there is a nice thick "carpet" of them on the forest floor you can use fallen trees "punky" wood you could use vaseleen covered cotton balls you can use any 7 in diameter log if you break it open and shave tinder out of the inside
ya im that smart jst ask for more answers![]()
you say im young for survival but i know more than most
Jagjj, reread your resume on the intro. Maybe I'm misreading, or reading into it a bit. But my only question is "Have you done all this?" I know you are knowledgeable, but have you built all the shelters you listed, or have just read about them. Have you built shelter or fire in pouring rain?
It's one thing to know how to do these things, but totally different when you're in the bush. Not doubting your ability. Just concerned.
You are your dog's best friend....
smart hmmm, maybe more like computer literate, that i'll give you , but expereinced naw, you maybe expereinced for a 14 year old , i don't know you so i'll grant you that, but any more than that you are too young to know the difference or have the proper time. but i do encourage you to keep learning and getting bush time, i f you are who you say you are then you will be off to a decent start. wish you the best

some fella confronted me the other day and asked "What's your problem?" So I told him, "I don't have a problem I am a problem"
Rick do you get your leg peed on very often? You seem very well aquainted with the feeling. Hey I'm just asking. :Innocent:
Okay, Lorna. See? You have rain and then you have pee. If you are in the rain all of you is getting wet. Now....oh, never mind!
