Interesting how killing and skinning a terrier is considered a felony count of cruelty while doing the same to a deer, cow, pig, iguana, alligator, snake, etc. is not.
Not that I have anything against terriers - or leather for that matter.
It is interesting outrigger. I am a native of this land and it all has to do with the use or purpose. Pretty sad purpose in this case!
Keep in mind the problem may be extremely complicated, though the "Fix" is often simple...
