All I'm saying TO EVERYBODY is don't argue over different points of view. Present your ideas and evidence. Readers will make up their minds as to what the will accept as credible or not. No need to escilate and have to shut down another thread.

Same with Erun's test. If folks want to manipulate the answer then so be it. I understand that you really can't test your breaking point any more than you can test you chances of being robbed. What you can do, however, is provide folks with a test that allows them to consider stressors, weaknesses and possible outcomes. What they do with that is up to them.
true,at best only a modest Score could be reached. but if i had no tolerance to every test i would try that campground where i'm safe.

Absolutely. I was simply pointing out that flaw in most of these tests as something to consider when he was designing his, so that you can minimize that aspect of it.

    whoa! On your neck?

Dude, I've just been discussing this with you.

If you think I'm coming down on you, fine. Whatever.

I'm through with the conversation if that's how you're taking it.

one thing i do not see here is some just look like a victim and others do not
case in point a dark alley one night in my late teens, 10 guys wanting to fight me but all knowing my reputation and none wanting to start as i stood my ground, was i scared? you bet but a good bluff aslo worked, i carry my self and also look scary that sure makes a big difference between an easy victim like screech and myself. i feel for woman as they are usually seen as targets and the elderly

when i'm not in my leathers, i look like a lightly built, slightly goofy hippie. i don't tend to be taken as a threat, which usually avoids trouble, and sometimes targets me for it.

I agree with what you said. One thing I would like to add is that while 95% of a males altercations will involve some type of verbal abuse/sparring/macho posturing first, most of the time (80%?) females will not be confronted as such, and will be grabbed from behind or the side and then "overpowered" by a bigger assailant. I'm not sure of the percentages, but I've heard this from just about every martial arts instructor, self-defense instructor, cop, etc that I've talked to about fighting, which is a LOT.

I pity any man who thinks of me as a "target" or "victim"

    Assaulted
    Your total is -7.

(Negative score) A minus score indicates that the criminal would be in danger FROM YOU. The greater the negative score...the greater the danger.

    Murdered
    Your total is -30.

(Less than 20)The Metropolitan Police Department is hiring. Look at our main page for hiring details if you think you qualify as a police officer

Hmm... maybe an impartial judge (Me!) needs to test this. Just send me 10-15LBS of cooked food and I can give my expert opinion! (QC lackies are slacking off...)
