hello from Colorado Springs...
New member here... and fairly new to Colorado Springs...
I've lived all over the country; born in SE Texas; joined the USAF as a Security Specialist in the early '80s; traveled all across the country since then - lived in 9 states, traveled through 32 others.
I lived in Yosemite Valley, Yosemite National Park, CA for 4.5 years after my divorce in 2001. I've done a lot outdoors; gun hunting, bow-hunting, rock-climbing, hiking, exploring, snow-shoeing and much more...
I learned alot about stealth, camouflage, tracking, and wildlife while learning to bow-hunt and "hunting" wildlife with a camera... I got really good at that... been just feet away from wild black bears, deer, bobcat, etc...
I've been putting together a "go-bag" (really, a back-pack) for a few years now.
I'm a Christian... more spiritual than "religous"; but, really strong in the revelation manifestations and in the things of the Hope of Christ's return. I believe that we are living in the "end times", so, that's part of my reasons for being here... though, I'd rather not discuss THAT here... there are other forums for that (like rapture-forums).
If you're in Colorado, please feel free to contact me... I'm thinking of heading out into the mountains of Colorado for the spring/summer...
