Hey there...
Hi Jason Montana here. I am new to this board, but from what I've read I think I'll fit right in here. seems to be a pretty friendly gathering place for like minded people. Glad to see there are so many active posters. It looks like a great place to learn and to share.
A little about me, I live about 10 miles up a dirt road in the mountains of Montana. I currently have 25 sled dogs. I work year around guiding wilderness adventures and instructing wilderness skills. I guide dog sled tours, multi-day canoe expeditions, rafting trips, fishing trips, wilderness horse packing trips, elk, deer, sheep and goat hunts. I've also worked as an outward bound instructor, and a primitive-skills instructor. I've worked in Montana, idaho, Wyoming, Colorado and Alaska but primarily now just in Montana. Been living this lifestyle for almost 20 years, and have no regrets. I have a young son named Noah, and a beautiful wife!
Currently, i am working on a small log cabin project to house my business out of. I spend alot of time online, as it is really my only social outlet.

I don't know why I felt the need to get to 1,000 posts. I realized I was at 994, so I figured I'd just bump it on up to 1,000....little boring here at my mountain lair tonight

Hehheh! Yeah, I figured that out after I posted on the other thread. I was just thinking what the? and decided to count along with you before I realized what I was counting. LOL
