Still Alive & Well!

Hey, Gang!

A short post to say I'm still alive and well. (Sorry to disappoint some of you. :innocent:)

I've been really swamped with new work and trials lately. Thank God for secretaries who type fast. We've generated over 2,000 pages of paperwork in the last couple of weeks. There goes one more tree. :innocent:

Finished a jury trial yesterday on a pretty significant case involving a prominent local restaurant owner that's generated lots of publicity. Not guilty on all counts. The system actually works sometimes, and in the last 15 months the man at least got to learn who his friends really are.

Gotta' get going. Court starts at 9:00. I'll catch you all tonight.

Glad to see you back... the Creepy Coupe still has it's wheels on, then. Now all we need to do is locate Bee, she's gone AWOL too. Come to think of it, so has 2D.

I cannot believe the flood of new work coming in lately. And believe me, I'm not complaining about it, either! :D

In the office most of this past weekend with new clients. Sixteen in two days. Translation: my trial calendar will be jammed beginning in January.

Hey 2dumb? You had asked me about a position as my legal assistant, remember? Now would be a good time to call me. :yes:

I'll bet Ken uses the elbow test. He doesn't care about legs.

It's best you don't. In this case, however, I will explain. He will have 2D place his elbows on the wall. If his gut touches then he's disqualified. A slightly modified version for women works pretty well, too.
