All the info is on the website. I just figured with the state of the job market these days any opportunity to make money can help. I think I might do it part time since it pays $25/hr in Alaska. :clap:
I read that the outlying communities in AK are starting to take census in the next week or so. They try to get it done before the spring thaw.
That may be. The guy who came to our staff meeting was looking for people on Base to work with the census. Not sure if I really want to do it and work every evening and weekend but it's extra money to save I suppose. But for those that are unemployed this could be a great opportunity to make a little money.

Yup you are correct. Looks like mid March for Anchorage though. I sure wouldn't want to do it in the remote villages. No thank you.
Pay rate here is from 11.25 to 16.50 an hour. The east side of Detroit pays the most and the Upper Penninsula the least.
not sure if the extra .50 cents is worth the eastside war zone, but my area pays 16.00.
