BUCK no doubt! hands down the best folder ever!
I would say Spec Ops Plus Jump Master by Ontario Knife Works.
I have had mine for 7 or 8 years and it has been through hell and back with me and never a problem out of it. Best folder I have ever owned and I own a couple hundred.

I Carry a Strider SnG or an Emerson CQC7
Gosh, there are so many that I haven't tried (I'm working on it).

That's funny! What's your vote?
I have an old made in U.S.A. Imperial that I'm quite fond of. The one with the standard +de-gorger/ fish scaler blades. i have a single blade Victorinox too, but it's SS and is hard to sharpen.
I like old USA knives the best. Case, Buck, ka-bar?, etc.
Rebel - I really don't have a favorite. I have about thirty or so folders, and I like them all enough that I haven't thrown any away. Some are smaller, some are larger, some are heavier, some are lighter, some are cheap, some are not so cheap.
I'm kind of the same way with fixed blade knives. I view them as tools. If the tool is useful, then I like it. If it is not useful, then I don't like it. I have more than one fixed blade knife (two or three laying around someplace). Like with my folders, different sizes, shapes, costs. I just try to pick the best tool for the job at hand.
Victorinox Farmer and Spyderco. I carry/use both daily and can't decide. I need them both :).
Oh, heck. I forgot about the Katana.
Yeah I have to agree with Crash here. Any knife is a tool,or saw,or axe,or whatever tool we happen to be talking about they are all perfect for the job they were designed for. Take hammers for example.Used to beat on stuff, but go into Lowes or Home Depot and see how many they have JUST for Carpentry work,at least 30 different ones. All designed to hammer in Nails.
I bought a Victorinox Recruit, this morning.
(Lowes, 13.97+Tax)
Gotta go with the Buck 110. It's cheap, strong, and well made. As long as you don't pry with it (use your fixed blade for that) it should last throughout your lifetime.
Be still my beating heart. You pry with your knife?! Say it ain't so! Oh, the humanity!Quote:
