Wilderness Knives
Hello all, it has been a while since I have posted anything getting married can make one busy :D But I have been developing a new production line I wanted to show and get opinions on. I will be posting all of the new knives and versions on this thread so as to not inundate you guys with pictures of knives that are too similar. When I was initially designing this knife I wanted it to be tough and efficient, but still small enough for everyday use, so no more than a 4 inch blade. Ultimately I plan on having a 4 inch blade model, 3 inch blade model, and an ultra light version of each. The first prototype I made out of W2 and it came out with a nice wicked little hamon and I have to say it is a mean little knife. With all that being said here is the knife and I'd love to hear what you all thing of it.

Blade thickness: 3/16 tapering to 1/8 on the tang

That is a very handsome and useful looking knife. I believe it would take care of almost all hunting and camping jobs out in the woods and mountains.

That is a beautiful knife, but I have one suggestion. That little point on the bottom of the blade right in front of the handle looks painful. Why wouldn't you put a nice radiused curve there. That is right where a person might have a finger when cutting very tough material and that point would hurt!

Hey guys sorry I haven't responded, I was away for the past week or so. I have been working with this knife a fair bit over the past couple weeks and will be rounding the spine more and making some of the lines less aggressive for better comfort.
