Hi everybody
finally had a few extra minutes and stopped in to see who was still around. I've been so busy with work, the "place" and llife in general I haven't been here in forever. Hopefully I can get around more often again. Good to see the forum is still going strong. Take care all. Don

Glad you are back. I know, it's actually better to be out there living life then posting on a message board but you have to sit and relax SOME time lol.

Welcome back old timer. When I was at Campbell and the chopper jocks would get their cross country time by flying to E'ville; we called the "The Evansville for Lunch Bunch" Too true. Nice flash ("The Legion") in your avatar, I was in the 7th and won't hold that against you.

Good to see you Don. The 6th Jamboree (my how time flies) is coming up in October. http://www.wilderness-survival.net/f...nnual-Jamboree

Thanks gang. As usual we're short handed at work and I've been trying to take up some slack ( 16-18 hrs a day 6 days a week) plus a couple deaths in the family ( my mom and uncle) has kept me busy with the legal stuff. What extra time that's left is going into the restoration of a 1975 prowler 26' travel trailer I got, and working on my berry patches. Added a new one this year half a dozen gooseberry bushes, and of course the most important spending quality time with my wife. But looks like light at the end of the tunnel though and maybe my work hours are going to slow down some. Hope so, then I can get back and catch up with my friends and family here. Ya'll take care it's 3:30 am and I'm hitting the bunk been going since 10 am.

My condolences on the loss of you mom and uncle. It's a terribly tough thing to lose your mother.

Rick and Crash thank you. The thing with Mom was over the last year of her life she went down hill fast was suffering from dementia among other things. She got to a point that she didn't know anyone anymore. She had gotten to the point she was combative with my sister her 24/7 care giver. The last month or so the only way to get her meds, food,, fluids in her was to strap her down and force feed her with a syringe. She would have hated the way she became and was really better off passing. She went as I'd want to in her own home, peacefully in her sleep.
The uncle though was different don't get me wrong he was family and I loved him but he drank himself to death.

Hay Don,
Sorry about the family, my condolences. I know how it is to try and keep up with everything and still find the time to get on the forum like we use to. I'm glad to see you're still around when we need you. Take care friend! PHIL
