There are just too many variables to guess. Type of virus, rate of transmission, incubation period, death rate, etc. We have epidemics every year. Generally the old, the young or those with weakened immune systems are the ones that typically succumb. Even the most casual of interactions, picking up a penny on the ground, could hold a virus. If pressed, I'd have to say those that keep their fingers out of their nose and eyes and are just plain lucky stand the best chance. Outdoor skills will do little to protect you.
