Prayer request

My best bud's first Grand child, Wyatt was born yesterday. Little feller was just 10.5 lbs. They had the nerve to take him Cesarian if you can believethat. Anywho Wyatt has some complications. His lungs are under developed but passable. However his heart is just too small. He was born at Walter Reed, and was moved over to Children's. He's there now and "will likely be for a while." That's all the info I have for now. Strong family that lives completely by The Book.

Update: They are contemplating & considering doing surgery on the little fella. Thanks for the prayers.

Update 2: Wyatt is off the respirator, They are going to monitor him and see how he does. It;s up in the air as to if He will need to go back on the respirator. Thanks for remembering him

Little feller went through open heat surgery. I was told they left his chest OPEN so they could watch for swelling & inflammation! My pal told me they put like a clear plastic patch over the chest incision and said you can stand there and watch the little fellers hear beat! Crazy. The doc siad all that can be done medically has been done. He's in ICU. thanks for your prayers gang.

They went ahead and closed Wyatt up. He's ahead of schedule and doing better than expected, quicker than expected. He's still got a long ways to go. Thanks so much everyone!

Wyatt is off the respirator! Thanks for praying. He;s still on a light O2 feed but slowly getting stronger. Thanks for praying and please continue!

My prayers for the "little" one as well as his family. Not bad enough she has to go through recovery for a c-section but then dealing with all these complications and not being able to take her baby home, is very difficult.
