I think this is the series based on the comics by the same name. It should be pretty good if they stick to it.

That is correct. I believe the creators of that series are also involved with the TV show. My understanding is that it will not follow the plot of the comics exactly (want to keep some surprises, even for folks who read the comic books) but should generally stay pretty faithful.Quote:

it was a virus in 28 days later, and it's a virus in this series, based on the trailer.
btw: did anybody see pontypool? i saw that one recently and i liked it.
The infected in 28 Days Later were not the walking dead, they were just crazy sick people.
Zombies are actual dead bodies that have been taken control of by a parasitic virus calls "Solanum." Totally different animal than the "rage virus."
recently saw zombieland with woody harrelson...filled my zombie quota for the next 10 years...
