Try frying chicken wings with no flour. Just use a spice rub of your choice before frying! YUMMY!
I made meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and a hoecake. Wasnt a bite left! comfort food!
We don't do fried foods very often. The pork tenderloins last week and tonight were pretty unusual. But I put together some beer battered cod and homemade hash brown patties with pickled beets on the side. We topped that off with a loaf of pumpernickel bread.

Nuffin,the daughter had baked BBQ pork chops,mixed veggies,and mac and cheese ,it was ready when I got home from work,oh,and strawberry Margarita pie for dessert,yummy!

I won a gift certificate Omaha Steaks at the Christmas party. Spent it on Tenderloin.
Had that for supper tonight cooked out there and just for yucks, since I had it going, I cut up a chicken after supper and cooked that too!
You have to be a hearty soul to dig a path to the grill and then USE IT! Cudos.
Nah, just really desperate for grilled steak!
Besides, it was in the mid 20s. Sweatshirt weather.
