I had Shepherds Pie and Greens. I ate it before I remembered to photo it.
Well, no photos now, please. Or tomorrow.
The event is lost on me, but I know some of you would really enjoy it.

I've been so busy these past few days, I haven't been cooking -- mostly dining out, or cooking easy / unhealthy stuff. It was nice to finally have a nice, home-cooked, fairly healthy meal last night. Halibut with a green tomato and orange relish, asparagus, and some microwave brown rice / whole grain stuff.

It's the end of the week, soooo Macaroni Cheese and some bread and butter tonight, no salad*sob*
YUM, PGV!!!
How do you make the shredded potato stick together in a patty?
Grilled boneless chops with a spicey hoisin sauce; stir fried zucchini, mushrooms, garlic, and onions; homemade fried rice, and another $#%& quart of water. To be followed with some hot sake and a small bag of fortune cookies.
Hamburger Helper. (Cheeseburger Mac.) *sigh*
Egg and flour if you grate the potatoes, Benesse. If you use left over mashed potatoes all you need is egg. You're trying for something like a pancake batter.
Tonight's soup/stew had chicken, bacon, potatoes, carrots, creamed corn, celery, spinach, onions, pasta, barley and probably a few things I'm forgetting.
