Beware those Red Bulls - I got my first kidney stone from them. My doc couldn't say definitively that it was because of the Red Bulls, but at the time, I had been drinking from 1-4 a day for my restaurant gig, for about a year. The Doc said they most likely contributed significantly to the problem.
Good job to ya'll on quitting.
Examine your habits around the times when you would smoke. For example, if you always smoke on the way home, try going home by a different route. If you always light up as soon as you roll out of bed, replace that habit with something else - like brushing your teeth first or immediately getting on a treadmill or exercise bike.
Change the habits around your old smoking pattern and it will help you break the habitual part of smoking.
The Nicotine addiction, though - you have my sympathy - good luck!
