Todays weigh-in:
weight: 208.5#
A Gain of 2# (Damn you Crash, sending me that book, and I spent two and a half day sitting on my butt just reading, yes it was a good book.)
Clearly missed target of 199# by July 4'th.
I'm not dieting either. Just changed the way eat, and plan on continuing with it for the foreseeable future.
For some reason, today is the first day I have read this thread. Anyway, congrats to you Crash, and Sourdough, as well as others motivated to lose some weight. I agree, it's a lifestyle change, as well as making healthy eating choices that make the most difference (long term). Keep it up!

You guys are sure doing a fine job. Keep it up!!!! At this rate you might have to add an anchor to your preps just to keep from being blown away in a stiff wind.

xmike has left the building. He was one of those outsourced jobs that leave the country and end up in India.
Yeah, but I'm impressed with how much weight he lost when you hit the Enter key.

Well, the totals good! There's bound to be times when you come to a halt for a week, may even find you put a pound or two on sometimes. hope not though.
I have a lunch appointment at the Cheesecake Factory, see you guys latter.
The group is meeting to discuss the upcomming famine and proper preperations for it.
Yes, I am an evil person.
Ahem (straightens collar). As long as Crash is "on the wagon" so to speak, you should fee free to forward any cheesecake to me for an impartial Quality Review. I'm your friend.

Why I never......
You've got some....

You've got some....Not yet, but I have hope he'll send it.
Oh heck - why not? There you have it. It Binanimous! Both of us agree. Send it to me!!!
Great job so far Crash. 35 lbs is quite a load off... 65 lbs is a bundle of shingles, just sayin'. I agree with Winnie, not that I've ever been on anything less than a see-food diet, but I know lots of people have breaks in the loss.. it's your body adjusting to having less food. It's how you know your body is adapting and changing. Metabolism has to meet up with intake/output somewhere, so just take it in stride. You're doing great!

Great job Crash!
Go Crash, Go!
You might as well start composing that letter to Santa, because by Christmas, you're gonna need all new clothes.
Good job, Crash. I seem to be stuck at 202# which is where I've been for three weeks.
After a hard day shoveling dirt, swinging a "madic", and no lunch, and most likely dehydrated..........I just (3:58 PM) weighted in at a svelte 199 pounds.
I weigh 199. I weigh a damn site more but I do weigh 199.
I did a pretty big termite job today. I drank a little over a gallon of water during the six hours the job took. I didn't drink enough.
I weigh 260, But i am 10 feet tall :innocent:
You guys are all doing great.
I hope to see the "before" and "after" picks around Christmas time. :)
Given our heat and humidity, you should put down at least a quart an hour if you are sitting idle. I sat outside yesterday knapping and making trigger sticks (practicing setting primitive traps in the back yard). I would be willing to bet I was losing a cup of water every 30 minutes just in sweat.
Good job everyone. Glad to see folks focusing on getting more healthy!
