This will never happen. Russian gov't is too corrupted. When you have corruption you have waste and short-term visions. When you have waste and short-term visions, you can't get anything big done. Same thing with Mexico and China.Quote:

China's economic success is a temporary blip that might last another 10-20 years. But it's pollution and short-sightedness will catch up with it, much like in America (although America's pollution is not so bad at this point). Also, since China still has trouble controlling its birth rate, it will eventually wind up with lots of starvation for the lower classes and food shortages.
