I've seen a number of twins as well. We have a small woods near our house that is home to 7 or 8 regulars. A couple of them appear to be twins. (actually, I guess that's 4 or 2 pair).
Have not seen one doe with a single this year,all of them have twins,must be something in the abundance of water (rain) we have had,on a 13 mile trip to town a little bit ago,I passed 4 does,and eight babies...next year's gonna be fun...
Probable has to do with abundant food, too. This is the first year I've seen that many deer in those woods. Generally a couple but these 7 or 8 have been pretty consistent most of the year.

Those were huge compared to my Fiat 850.
1948 Willys Jeep. Fuel gauge didn't work, so I carried a tire iron beside the seat. To check the fuel level I stuck the iron down into the tank through the fill tube. If it came out wet, I was good to go.
