IF he is a gang-banger, how did he get hired and if they made a mistake, and hired a known menace, bully, ganger or someone with a record for violence then the company should take action or they risk a large lawsuit. Once out on parole in 25 years she would have no skills and a felony record. She would be doomed to a life of drugs and selling herself to keep up the habit. In the end.
