What are you cooking today and how?

I picked-up a pack of chicken quarters to throw on the grill for this evening. Home-made cole slaw, beans, corn on the cob and dinner rolls.

Tonight I'm having Beef Wellington, Asparagus, Broccoli and Jersey Royal New Potatoes....Mmmmm

This evening I'm dining at Winnie's. That dang dog scared me out of the country. Besides, it's Beef Wellington night at Chez Winnie.

Last night was some local, grassfed new york strips, with pesto acini di pepe pasta, and asparagus:
