Ok Im new here and I have one question why is that everyone likes Les better than BG? I personally dont like Les's wait to die way of survival. And I also know that most people dont care for BGs balls to the wall way of doing things. But as far as survival goes BG does teach you things that will save your life like how to escape quicksand or get out of a frozen lake. I have never heard the question "how did you know how to survive?" awnsered with "I saw Les Stroud do it on tv" but I have heard "I saw BG do it on tv. Not trying to start a fight just wondering.
I found a hilarious Man Vs. Wild parody on how to survive a college party, laughed my rear end off but I don't think it is appropriate to post here...

Does BG have the training to survive, I'm sure so. Was his TV show more stupid stunts ans shock value than useful info, definitely. Sure there was some useful bits of information sprinkled in here and there, but some of his stunts would more likely kill someone then help them survive... just my 2 cents...Quote:
