I started thinking on this very subject yesterday. I am very heavy and weaker than I have ever been. Thinking if in the woods things go wrong I may need to walk out or do some serious running of more then a few inches, well I am so bad off. Thinking on this I am pledging to do something about it, time to to that dirty word some. Exercise! May need to run my samich down or get my twinkie back from a squirrel.

Since I'm the Minister of Science I rely mostly on spells and incantations to stay in shape. Did I mention that spells and incantations are not my strong suit?
I started out walking at the junior high track this summer but soon realized that walking on flat land was not getting me anywhere. Now I walk in our local park. It is hilly and I think this makes me put a lot more effort into my walking. It sure has a better view too. There is a wetlands area, lots of birds, tall grasses and flowers. I am also trying to eat better.
