Amazon has it. But as a firestarter with glycerine it leaves much to be desired. If you are hoping to start a fire in cold weather, I have mixed permanganate and glycerine at -30C and nothing happened. It needs to be warmer.
A really good joke here would be to tell you to store the compound inside your coat next to your body to keep it warm but that would be too dangerous so I won't mention it.
