I think this item has been discussed in the past, Bacon Explosion Pork Bomb Barbecue, I don't recall seeing a video, but here it is in all its glory for those of us who can only dream of this manly repast:

And if in fact this video has in fact already been posted, oh well :)
Enjoy
Update;
I just ate, and I have to admit.....that was some of the best ham I've ever had!:drool: I kept it very simple and had some baked beans out of the can, (Bush's, bourbon and brown sugar) and some cut up cucumbers. (That I try to always have in the fridge, floating in some vinegar and water w/a little pepper.)
And they call you 2dumb, :) that is slick :)
OK, I live with one of those cholesterol nazis (the wife), so having the opportunity to partake myself is unlikely. How was it?
It was some dang good eatin', reheated, and kinda dry. I bet it was unbelieable, when it came off the grill! LOL
I know what you mean about the other half. Mine doesn't like anything spicy. When I say that she doesn't like anything spicy, I mean that she thinks that regular taco sauce at Taco-bell, is too hot to eat.:blushing:
Maybe I should re-word this. It had onions, bell peppers, cheese, ground pork, and bacon. It was slow cooked on a grill, getting a good dose of smoke, making the whole, greater than the sum of it's parts.:drool:
How's that for a description of the taste? LOL:tongue_smilie:
A bit too descriptive, now I am in misery :)
Going to have , Ham Steak, Fried potatoes w/ green pepper and onion, apple sauce, Cuccumber and onion soaked in vinegar (Thanks for that Idea 2 dumb ;)) and Black Walnut Ice cream for dessert,, Mmmmm Can Hardly wait :)
Squirrel, asparagus and morels. It's the last of the squirrels till this fall.
Pan fried chicken livers with mashed potato and spring greens, Oh and onion gravy.
