My Weird Bill Payment Method
Ok, so I get an envelope today from Verizon Wireless with a check enclosed that I made out to the company I financed my truck through. I'm like WTH?! There's nothing else in there, and then I realized I was an idiot and mailed my truck note check to Verizon. :blushing:
Naturally, I assumed I sent my Verizon check to the truck finance company. I called said truck finance company and found out that the amount of the Verizon check had been posted to my loan. Another WTH?!?!?! I'm looking at my check duplicate, and I clearly made it out to VERIZON and not Bank of America, but BoA processed it and took the money! I would think that's a tad unlawful. Ken?? :confused1:
So anyway, I finally get to talk to a native English speaker and pay the amount that I did owe with the old reliable debit card, plus I got the Verizon amount refunded. I'll receive the check in about seven business days. :thumbup1:
Next, I call Verizon and again utilize the old reliable debit card and paid the cell phone bill. :)
Geez. So after talking to all these I thought I'd just go ahead and pay that pesky $395 off on my Chase card that I spent recently. I thought I'd beat them to the bill, and I did. So again using the old reliable debit card I paid that off too. What a night. I'm tired now. :sleep1:
