I think this needs to be repeated.. anytime we can use invasive species we need to pick those over the natural fauna. eat, chop, burn, ... use the invasives into extinction!!:smash:

in this case though i wouldn't burn it, or if so then i would not breathe the smoke. Scotch Broom is toxic, containing spartenine, which can cause respiratory arrest, and potentially heart disease in high doses.

it has medicinal properties which are not greatly studied, and can be potentially unsafe.
