I just dropped off a design I drew up to have some blanks cut out. Been meaning to give it a try - Klkak's post on making a knife helped to motivate me. If they turn out, I'll give one away at the Indiana Jamboree.

sweet blades crash! i really the blanks with the micarta scales. one of these days i wanna try making a knife. i need to figure out what kinda tools i need for it first.

I thought the katanas might get a Howard comment.:lol:

Crash..Nice collection. the blades in pic 4and 8 look like functional tools. (never had a katana or any other jap blade. ) and dont worry....that poor stump aint going to hurt you no more! yer ould uncle Jay gaurantees it!!!!

ps. Kukri's are among the best for jungle use!

That is a sweet knife. What do you think of it?

I love it. Great quality, good size, thick spine, holds and edge well. Very comfortable in the hand.

If they are might as well forget them. Room by room search today upstairs, found everything but, did find a Benchmark butterfly & a small switchblade so I am getting warm. I have a pic of the Beretta that I look at and and cry sometimes.:blushing:

Found a few more. Sorry OWVC - no joy with the Beretta. I checked - the stump is dead now.
