Wonder if the Alaskan Diet is at all like the NorthEast Diet...Bacon, eggs, homefries, NewEngland Clam Chowder, home made bread, strawberry shortcake, venison roasts... you know, the good stuff! :)

Yeah, I did forget a few things. Freshwater mussels in a cream sauce with crayfish and leaks with a side of fried potatos. Fresh brook trout, or bullhead fried nice and crisp. Apple keuchan, home made strawberry preserves (with wild strawberries from the patch in the backyard), eggplant parmesan, 3 cheese lasagna, Vegetable beef barley soup, baking powder biscuits, fresh bacon rolls, split pea soup with onions and bacon crumblys.
That Craigslist post was just plain weird. No one is that honest about themselves to a stranger.

LOL...what a madman...holy smokes. Check criminal backgrounds, undergo some therapy...those are things I am normally thinking about before I head to Alaska for some fun!
